What is this site about?

This is a community founded by truth, built by love. It's a transformative desire to offer a safe space to give a voice to the voiceless and bring hope to the hopeless. As we travel on this journey called life, let's walk together, pray together, heal together, and be victorious together! The good book said, "Ask and it shall be given; seek and you'll find; knock and it shall be open." So, I fling the door wide open and together let's find the joy and peace that passeth all understanding. Together, we make a difference by changing lives. So, let's begin by changing our lives first! Changing your life first is like when you are traveling on an aircraft and you are reminded by the flight attendant to always put on your mask first in the event of an emergency.

On June 23,  I began an experiment to answer the question: Are our experiences the result of our thoughts and feelings? I’ll use the steps in the Scientific Method to get an answer.

Step 1:  State what you want to accomplish in the form of a question: See the question above.

Step 2:  Research the question.

Yes, according to research, there is a strong connection between thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Your thoughts and feelings can significantly shape your experiences, and vice versa, creating a continuous feedback loop. Thoughts can trigger feelings, which then influence your actions and how you perceive the world, ultimately impacting your experiences.

Step 3:  State your hypothesis:  I believe that my experiences are the result of my thoughts and feelings.

Step 4: Design the experiment in a Journal Format:  Set a weekly goal and actively observe.

Week 1 goal:  Complete & launch website by July 5th.

Stay tuned for more!

About the Author

I’m a retired teacher, who has been pondering with the idea of sharing my transforming journey with others. I’ve had this desire for almost two years now, uncertain when to begin. However, three months ago, the universe took me out of my comfort zone when I experienced a huge setback that led to a panic attack. It was then that I asked the question: “Lord, what is the lesson I need to learn from this experience?” As some of us might know too well, that life has a way of taking us full circle. Raise your hand if you can relate. So spirit said, “This is the answer to your question and a gentle nudge to push you to start that blog. So, let’s walk this lovely, panoramic, and breath-taking view together!
